  We're looking for a talented and energetic Office & Employee Experience Manager to join our growing Israeli team.

  Reporting to the Facilities Manager, EMEA based in Amsterdam, Netherlands

  Location : Tel-Aviv, Israel

  What You’ll Do:

  Manage and support all administrative responsibilities in the office, including daily interaction with suppliers, managing office supplies, administrative support with guests.

  Liaise with the sublandlord/property management office for building operational issues and rent payments.

  Manage procurement processes for the Israeli site.

  Manage facilities related projects including space planning, construction, intranet content

  Maintain ongoing connection with security, safety and other facility related compliance stakeholders.

  Manage Employee Experience, wellbeing activities, event planning.

  Take full responsibility for front desk activities.

  Support onboarding processes, and cross-company projects as needed (Israel and global).

  Address all employees’ queries related to office management issues.

  Experience You’ll Need:

  At least 4 years of proven experience as an office manager, ideally with experience in global companies.

  Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.

  Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an attitude to learn new software and IT systems.

  Willingness to work in unconventional hours from time to time for meetings with global HQ and responding to after-hours building time sensitive issues

  Ability to work independently with strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.

  Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.

  Attention to details and problem-solving skills.

  Positive and friendly attitude.
