　　All American Medical Supply (AMS) is a subsidiary of 180 Medical located in Massapequa, NY

　　Position's Purpose:

　　To provide administrative support to 180 Medical's outside sales teams. Collect medical documentation and information in order to setup new clients of 180 Medical. Audit patient files to meet state rules and regulations.

　　Job Duties:

　　Request (via fax, email and phone) necessary documentation for clients

　　Assist with reporting and tracking for Outside Sales Reps

　　Make entries as appropriate in our internal database

　　Assist auditors by answering questions and providing requested information

　　Send business letters and Thank You cards as requested by Sales Team

　　Cross flow pertinent information with assigned team members and sales reps

　　Qualifications and Requirements:

　　High School diploma required

　　Possess medical administrative skills

　　Good communication skills with professionals in clinics and hospitals

　　Ability to reason, problem solve, and think outside the box

　　Effectively multi-task, adapt to changing priorities;

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

　　Strong attention to detail, and organizational skills required.

　　Flexible and adaptable to changes in environment and industry

　　Reliable/dependable team player; work well with others
