　　Responsibilities:

　　Your Role at Raising Cane’s: The Building Barista is responsible for providing high-quality coffee and other beverage services to employees and guests at all our lounges. The role of the building barista is to provide exceptional coffee and beverage services, restock the lounges with snacks and candies, provide a special and innovative menu, and greet and engage with the crew in a professional and welcoming manner.

　　Your Impact and Responsibilities: • Prepares a variety of beverages and provides excellent customer service to all crew and guests who visit the building lounges • Greets crew, takes orders, and ensures that all requests are handled in a friendly and professional manner • Cleans and maintains all equipment, including the coffee machine, grinder, aerators, refrigerator, and other tools used to make coffee and other drinks • Maintains the coffee station and counters, restocks supplies, and removes trash • Orders supplies as necessary and ensure that inventory levels are maintained • Assists with beverage services at office events and meetings

　　Qualifications:

　　Requirements for Success: • 1+ years of barista experience: Strong knowledge of different types of coffee beans and espresso beverage options • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively • ServSafe Food Handler • Able to work out of our Plano, TX support office
