Located in the Columbus, Ohio area, this Office Assistant position is currently available on a long-term contract / temporary to hire basis.

Copy, faxing, and filing for a number of different departments Requirements
Demonstrated ability to manage, lead change, and build process improvements
Demonstrated knowledge of Phone System
Prior experience with Answering Multi-Line Phone System
Adeptness in Phone Operations
Phone Inquiries experience highly desired
Schedule Changes experience
Team scheduling experience highly preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of Scheduled Appointments
Background working with Work scheduling
Practical knowledge of Pleasant Phone
Good understanding of numeric data entry
General familiarity with Phone Voice
Expertise in Multi-line Phone Systems
Experience with Microsoft Outlook
Proficiency in Phone Coverage
Computer Data Entry experience highly valued
Adeptness in Schedule Meetings
Schedule Appointments experience preferred
Earlier work involving data entry
Practical knowledge of calendar managements and scheduling appointments
Comprehensive knowledge of Daily Schedule
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Word
General familiarity with scheduling
Job Scheduler experience
Inbound Telephone Calls experience desired
Foundational knowledge in Phone Etiquette
Comprehension of Microsoft Excel
Coordinating Schedules experience preferred
Direct Phone Calls experience preferred
Previous experience working with Perform Data Entry
A willingness to take on both small administrative tasks and high visibility requests
Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment
2+ years of experience
Finish tasks independently
Being savvy with word processing and spreadsheets is favorable
Means to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials
