Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Office Assistant in the Real Estate Property industry, located in Herndon, Virginia. As an Office Assistant, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that involve both customer service and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with various tasks to support employees as needed

• Greeting and directing employees upon their arrival at the office

• Utilizing your experience with Microsoft Office and other basic IT equipment

• Ensuring clear and detail oriented communication with all office visitors

• Answering multi-line phone system and directing calls as necessary

• Maintaining a well-stocked office by managing inventory and restocking supplies

• Taking responsibility of office cleanliness, including tasks like loading the dishwasher

• Organizing and maintaining files for efficient data retrieval

• Processing customer inquiries and resolving issues swiftly

• Managing customer data entry with a keen eye for accuracy and detail. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field.

• Proficient in answering multi-line phone system.

• Demonstrated customer service skills.

• Acquainted with data entry tasks.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word.

• Experience in organizing files and maintaining records.

• Familiarity with the real estate and property industry is a plus.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
