Description We are seeking an Office Assistant for our operations in Bethesda, Maryland. The role will primarily involve providing essential administrative support and managing various office tasks. You will be part of a dynamic environment where the ability to multitask and adapt is key.

Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative assistance during the busy tax season by sorting and scanning important documents

• Ensuring comprehensive office support for smooth operations

• Using Microsoft Office applications and other software systems for various tasks

• Operating basic office equipment and devices with proficiency

• Ensuring organization and efficiency in all tasks and responsibilities

• Being able to remain active for extended periods as and when required by the role

• Using CRM and Accounting Software Systems to manage customer data and billing functions

• Responding to inbound calls and inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services and Banner Ads would be beneficial

• Performing other clerical duties as assigned. Requirements • Position: Office Assistant

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with Banner Ads creation and management

• Comfortable with various Computer Programs

• Knowledge of CRM systems

• Proficiency in using 'About Time' software

• Ability to efficiently Answer and manage Inbound Calls

• Experience in Billing Functions

• Capable of executing Clerical Duties effectively TalentMatch®
