Description Oil Gas - Field Svcs firm is looking for an Office Assistant to fill an open position at a flourishing company in the Oil Gas - Field Svcs industry. An Office Assistant position has opened up in the Midland, Texas area. This opportunity is being offered on a long-term contract / temporary to hire basis.

Your responsibilities

Submit data accurately

Copy, faxing, and filing for many departments

Route calls to the appropriate individuals

Manage office facility Requirements - Prowess with word processing and spreadsheets highly sought after

Capacity to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials

An enthusiastic teammate who is willing to take on anything from small internal administrative tasks to high profile requests

Proven knowledge of data entry

General familiarity with Perform Data Entry

Practical knowledge of e-Filing

Foundational knowledge in Administrative skills

Previous experience working with Clerical Duties

Good understanding of Receptionist Duties

Quality experience with filing

Computer Data Entry experience highly desired

Administrative Assistance experience desired

Knowledge of Administrative experience

Wide ranging experience with Numeric Filing

Administrative Office experience

Earlier work involving Paper Filing

Well-founded grasp of numeric data entry

Manage tasks independently

Skills to assess process and internal control weaknesses and identify improvements

Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
