Description

A law firm in Miami is seeking a candidate for Legal Intake and Sales. Must have law firm experience and able to communicate well with potential and current clients. Be able to drive the firm's business and follow up with them in a professional manner.

Requirements - Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

At least 2+ years of Administrative Assistant experience, preferably in a legal environment- Internet research skills

Ideal candidate must have adept computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systemsAdeptness in Phone Operations

Knowledge of Intakes

Comprehensive knowledge of Client Intake

Experience with customer service

Sales experience

Proficiency in Sales Drives

Demonstrated knowledge of data entry
