We have an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Low Income Community Manager! Do you love helping people and providing exceptional customer service, while working on multiple, exciting projects? Then we have the perfect position for you!

Major responsibilities

Contribute to preparation of budgets, financial documents and other reports

Collect monthly rent and fees

Meet with prospective tenants to discuss leases, terms of occupancy, and/or ownership

Assist in a broad range of administrative support for property managers for residential, commercial and/or community association properties

Process tenant applications, contracts, and leases

Arrange insurance requirements

Arrange maintenance, landscaping, and property repairs

Requirements - Excellent interpersonal skills and computer competencies are essential

Proven customer service, problem-solving, complaint resolution, and negotiation skills

Prior real estate, financial and/or contract experience preferred
