　　Here’s a snapshot of your day:

　　Managing orders via vendors.

　　Work collaboratively with Contract Manager and wider operations team.

　　Drive asset maintenance performance through direct engagement with engineering team.

　　Use of allocated Platform to manage assets (CMMS systems).

　　Management of Permit/access system.

　　Create accurate purchase orders in a timely manner.

　　Regularly review and process supplier invoices.

　　Co-ordination of the vendor quotes, billing application, calculating margins, raising invoices and submitting to client.

　　Skills and experience:

　　Have strong administrative and coordinating skills with proven experience.

　　Have effective communications skills.

　　Experience in using Excel & PowerPoint.

　　Attention to detail, Assertiveness, Persistent.

　　Customer and team focus – Puts customer and team needs first; always considers impact of actions on customer and team.
