• Efficiently handle inbound calls, assisting callers with their inquiries

• Maintain and update customer records in the database

• Process customer applications, ensuring accuracy

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Maintain a well-organized work environment to facilitate efficient operations
