　　>This position is an execution role, taking direction from the Unisys OCM Lead (OCM Sr. Manager or OCM Manager as assigned)>The Sr.Analyst-OCM supports change management activities for Unisys OCM active projects>The Sr.Analyst- OCM makes a significant contribution in the fulfillment of communication and project performance supporting requirements associated with OCM strategic initiatives>The Sr.Analyst-OCM is the publication resource for print and digital communications for client and internal OCM projects and will produce: Videos, Brochures, Posters, OCM Solution Briefs; OCM Change, Communication, Training, Leader Action, Engagement, Sustainment, and other plans>The Sr.Analyst-OCM will also assist in the design and development of OCM collateral

　　You will be successful in this role if you have:>An undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or business is preferred>Minimum of 2 years of related marketing or communications, or training experience>In-depth knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, WeVideo or other video software, storyboarding using creative design and publishing tools>Strong writing skills, including the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise messages both for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries>Ability to work independently, work with a remote team, think creatively, manage own time, and take the initiative to help drive projects>Nice to Have: Experience with technology implementations
