Job Description:

　　This position provides therapy services to patients of all ages, including evaluation and assessment, treatment, education, and consultation to improve patients’ abilities to their highest possible level. This position provides services as part of a care team assembled to assure optimal clinical and financial outcomes, under the direction of Essentia Health management and the referring physician.

　　Essentia Health in Brainerd, MN seeks a casual Occupational Therapist to work both inpatient and outpatient, including a weekend and holiday rotation (1 in every 6-8 weekends).

　　This OT will treat primarily inpatients, however, based on skill level, may also treat a variety of outpatients including pediatric, lymphedema and/or hand therapy.

　　Must like to work collaboratively as part of a team of OT/PT/SLPs and have good communication skills.

　　The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
