　　Summary: The In-Seat Pantry Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing the Suites pantry, demonstrating organizational prowess and strong leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position involves a comprehensive understanding of the food and beverage menu, ensuring the accuracy of Suite orders from initiation to event closure. Collaborating with the Suite Manager, the In-Seat Pantry Coordinator handles administrative tasks, including monthly inventory.

　　Key Areas of Responsibility:

　　Supervise and assist in serving meals to guests in the suites.

　　Collaborate with the Suite Manager on administrative duties, including monthly inventory.

　　Record guest orders and relay them to the kitchen via the P.O.S. system.

　　Ensure the overall accuracy and quality of Suite set-up, menus, and pre-ordered/day-of-event food.

　　Manage suite staff breaks, complete break sheets, and ensure coverage during breaks.

　　Supervise staff to ensure adherence to company policies.

　　Possess full knowledge of the food and beverage menu, sharing it with the staff.

　　Work closely with kitchen and suite team members to ensure the quality and accuracy of food orders.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Stand for long periods of time and be able to actively engage physically with guests.

　　Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

　　React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations.

　　Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods throughout the day.

　　Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.

　　Move from sitting to standing position easily and quickly.
