Responsibilities
What will you do? * Prepare thoughtfully for teaching, following approvedlesson plans.* Foster an engaging and positive learning environment.*Support student success with timely feedback and guidance.* Embracetechnology and utilize our online platform effectively.* Collaborate withfellow educators to enhance instructional quality.* Make a difference byidentifying and aiding struggling students.Compensation: $40-$45/hr (Based on Education/Experience)
Qualifications
What will you need?* Must have either:o Masters in nursing from aprogram with national nursing accreditation; Doctorate preferred.o Agraduate degree in a field other than nursing coupled with a Bachelors degreein nursing from a program with national nursing accreditation and evidencethat graduate degree is in a field relevant to the area of responsibility.oBachelor's degree in nursing with a written plan, to be submitted to theBoard of Nursing, demonstrating ongoing progression in obtaining a graduatedegree in nursing from a program with national nursing accreditation.*Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience:o Clinical Instructors: Musthave 1 year of documented experience in the area of instruction.o TheoryInstructors: Must have at least 2 years of professional nursing clinicalexperience.* Must hold an active and unencumbered license to practice as aregistered nurse in the state of employment. * Must meet all regulatory andcorporate qualifications.* Previous experience teaching nursing studentspreferred.Join the Mission: At Concorde you're a partner in shapinghealthcare's future.
