　　Job Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Assists patients with activities of daily living such as feeding, toileting and hygiene

　　Provides basic nursing care to non-acutely and acutely ill patients

　　Assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment

　　Works under the directions and supervision of the registered nurse in charge of the team and/or unit

　　Answers phones and call lights

　　Ensures unit is stocked with supplies

　　Assists patient transporter as needed

　　Other duties as assigned

　　Shifts: Night Shift, 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

　　Experience: One year 1 year of nursing assistant experience (preferred)2 or more years of nursing assistant experience (strongly preferred) Certifications: Certified Nursing Assistant (preferred)Current BCLS certification (required) Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Ability to read and communicate effectively in English Basic computer knowledge Working Title: Nursing Assistant - Med Surg Unit (1E) - Full Time - NIGHTS ($2,500 Sign on Bonus)
