Determines the education needs of personnel, multi-disciplinary team members and others; implements patient and family education in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team.2. Provides leadership for the team in collaboration with the program medical director.3. Oversees office operations for the program4. Maintains records and files for the program5. Collects and analyzing data on the program6. Ensures compliance with program regulations7. Plans and schedules program events8. Monitoring program budgets9. Helps with marketing efforts for the program10. Prepares required reports11. Other duties as required.Other information:Technical Expertise1. Experience managing all aspects of programs is preferred.2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.3. Experience working with all levels within an organization is required.4. Experience in healthcare is preferred.5. Proficient in MS Office Suite [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required. Epic or similar EMR software is preferred.Education and ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
