About Nurse Practitioner

　　Nurse Practitioner will rotate between 5 Rural Health Clinics in Adams and Brown County.  Hours will vary Monday thru Friday, but will work every third Saturday 9am until 1pm.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned.

　　Performs physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelinesOrders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care needsRecords physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis based on patient's conditionPrepares a comprehensive patient care planPeriodically reviews the health care plan and goals of individual patientsPrescribes or recommends drugs or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy or inhalation therapyRefers patients to specialist for treatmentComplies with ACRMC Code of Conduct
