Responsibilities

Ambulatory Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider, 1.0 FTE

The Center for Cardiovascular Health and the Franciscan Medical Group at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health are actively recruiting a 1.0 FTE cardiology advanced practice provider to deliver ambulatory outpatient care at Franciscan Heart and Vascular associates in Federal Way, WA.

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing cardiovascular patients as an advanced practice provider is highly desired along with the ability to make independent clinical decisions. The APP will work closely with a general cardiologist in overseeing this newly established practice. This is 100% ambulatory practice with no overnight call obligations.

Requirements:

Nurse Practitioner Degree or Physician Assistant Degree

Successful completion of a Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Exam through an accredited organization

Licensed in the state of Washington prior to the time of employment

DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority

2-3 years of APP Cardiology experience preferred

Pay Range

$60.10 - $76.69/hour
