　　Nurse Manager - Trauma Program at Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley, CA. Join our experienced team of clinicians in this opportunity to develop and grow our Trauma Program.

　　Providence St. Mary Medical Center has been a part of the community of Apply Valley, California since 1956. Our Emergency Department is a fast-paced environment that sees an average of 240 patients per day. We are a Stroke and STEMI receiving department and we are moving to a Level 4 Trauma Certification in 2024.

　　This position has overall responsibility for Trauma Program operational functions including planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of educational, clinical, and outreach activities. This includes day-to-day responsibility for process and performance improvement activities in collaboration and conjunction with the Trauma Medical Director. This position reports to the Director of Emergency Services.

　　Required qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree

　　California Registered Nurse License upon hire.

　　3 years Nursing experience in the care of trauma patients (ICU, ED, and/or Trauma Program).
