BrightStar is seeking a Nurse Manager to be responsible for home care case management which includes training and supervising employees (caregivers, CNAs, LPNs, RNs), completing start of care and reassessments along with completing patient visits which may include clinical trials, infusions, injections, wound care, hospital in your home visits, etc... this position is a great opportunity for a nurse with aspirations of a Director of Nursing position one day (yes, we will have room for growth into this role as our agency grows!) or an experienced nurse who is seeking a position with both administrative and management responsibilities along with continuing bedside. To be eligible for this position, you must have strong IV skills, feel comfortable working in a home setting, have excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, electronic documentation skills, time management skills, people management skills, enjoying teaching/training and must be comfortable with a fluid schedule.
