　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　The Nuclear Medicine Technologist, demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the patients served in his/her department. If that is you, come be a part of what makes us great and apply today!

　　He/She demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over

　　the life span, possesses the ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s requirements relative

　　to his/her age-specific needs, and provides care needed as described in the departmental policies

　　and procedures

　　Provides appropriate health care services to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric

　　patients

　　Uses radio nuclides and Nuclear Medicine techniques & procedures to assist in patient

　　diagnosis and treatment, and to produce images requested by, and for the interpretation of,

　　licensed medical practitioners

　　Exercises professional judgment in performance of services and maintains a demeanor that reflects a high standard of medical ethics

　　Recognizes conditions essential for the successful completion of procedures

　　What qualifications you will need:

　　High school diploma or equivalent.

　　Bachelor of Science degree preferred.

　　Registered or registry eligible for no more than twelve months in one of the following: A.R.R.T.(N), N.M.T.C.B., or A.S.C.P., and current CPR (BLS)

　　One-year experience preferred
