Job Description

　　Insight Global is seeking a junior electrical engineer to join our team for an exciting opportunity to work on a unique government contract. The contract assists in acquisition and technical sustainment engineering and will augment government resources. The contract also provides breadth and depth of capabilities for system engineering and integration, risk management, technical assessment, acquisition program management, strategy development, organization and change management, interface with operations and logistics, business analysis, mission effectiveness, and demonstration/validation.

　　Must Haves:

　　 Committed to results and success in accomplishing goals, as well as a fast learner with demonstrated ability to quickly learn technology and understand unique system requirements.

　　 Ability to sit on-site at Hill AFB in Clearfield, UT

　　 Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

　　 Eligible candidates must be able to acquire a U.S. Government Secret security clearance

　　 College-level courses (or similar) experience in: Fundamentals or Theory of Electricity & Magnetism, Electromagnetics & Transmission Lines, Numerical Techniques in Electromagnetics, Antenna Theory and Design, Microwave Engineering, Wireless Communication Systems, Introduction to Semiconductor Physics, Radiation Effects on Electronics and Semiconductors, and Power System Design highly desired. Emphasis in software or computer science is not desired.

　　 Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Physics from an ABET-accredited school, with zero (0) years of experience. Familiarity with Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) / Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) / Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) and Electrical Systems Integration.

　　 Familiarity with military technology and technical data.

　　 Proficiency in MATLAB and/or experience with Spice or Microcap or similar circuit modeling software desired.

　　 Experience in design or test to verify models.

　　 Active Secret Clearance null
