　　Seeking a full-time PA or NP to join our Heart Care team

　　Collaborate with three cardiologists and four APPs to provide quality patient care

　　Provides follow up care in the clinic setting, inpatient care, including hospital discharge education and supervises stress tests

　　Works to ensure patient satisfaction and positive relationships with physicians and staff

　　Located at MercyOne Waterloo Medical Center

　　MercyOne Medical Group Northeast Iowa

　　Employed multi-specialty group of more than 180 providers in northeast Iowa-physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners

　　Candidates

　　Graduate of accredited IBN approved MSN program or IBPA approved physician assistant training program. Iowa licensure required.

　　Possesses Federal and State Controlled Substance prescribing authority

　　AANP/ANCC or NCCPA certification, ACLS, Mandatory Reporter required
