Non-Technical Program Manager – Soft Services Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Manages the day-to-day operations of the Soft Service Contracts, with particular attention to attainment of operating objectives, cost containment, and quality of delivered services/ products as measured by internal customer satisfaction.
Identifies specific area of process and program improvement and implements enhancements through assignment and management of appropriate personnel.
Assists in the development of department operating and capital budgets in accordance with corporate business plans, and then manages these financial resources over the course of the financial period. Provides input to tactical planning strategies in response to corporate business plan models.
Assists in the development and implementation of flexible operating expense and capital budgetary strategies to effectively accommodate significant changes to business conditions, opportunities, and requirements.
Ensure OPEX (operating expense) spending in alignment with service plans and spending target.
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
Exercises judgment within defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Responsible for business process creation and continuous improvement.
Establishes current and long-range objectives, plans, and policies, subject to approval by the Director of Facilities.
Process invoices on AMAT online portal, create PO acquisitions using SAP and other administrative responsibilities. Assists in updating SOW’s for annual vendor service contracts.
Will be responsible for the administration of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Maximo Database including updating maintenance procedures provided by others, construct reports detailing department and equipment performance. Process and approve workorders and track completion and backlog rates. Assist in tracking inventory of spare parts and supplies.
Developing and managing vendor and supplier base.
Identifying and quantifying risk and collaborating with team to create mitigation strategies.
Ensure that the requirements of the request for proposal for facility related activities are met in the preparation and documentation of bids and proposals.
Knowledge of program management tools and procedures.
Excellent internal and external customer interface skills.
Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business management is preferred but not required.

U.S. Salary Range:
$88,000.00 - $121,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
