✨Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Night Youth Care Worker at Daytona Juvenile Residential Facility in Daytona Beach, Florida ✨

We are located just 15 Minutes away from both the Daytona Speedway and the famous Daytona Beach. If you are working our schedule of 4 days on and 3 days off, you will have time to enjoy that famous beach.

Compensation starts at: $19

What you will do: As a Night Youth Care Worker, you will provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for the youth in our program and provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the needs of the students. You will monitor and document student behaviors and activities, participate and assist with educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities, and work in collaboration with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student’s treatment

To be considered you should: Have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 21 years of age, have at least 1 year of equivalent experience, possess a current State Driver’s license and have acceptable driving for the past three years, and be able to pass a criminal background check.

Schedule/hours/shifts: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 4 nights on and 3 nights off working A-shift Sun –Wed or B Shift Wed – Sat.
