　　The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:

　　Night Audit

　　As a Night Auditor and first point of contact for our guests, you and our motivated team ensure optimal support for our international guests during the night.

　　Your tasks:

　　Front Office tasks, such as guest check-in and check-out, concierge tasks and answering phone requests at night

　　Running of daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identifying any special requests, and checking reports for accuracy

　　Responsibility for the smooth running of the night shift in close cooperation with our Night Manager

　　Organization of taxi and limousine rides

　　Responsibility for luggage distribution in the night

　　Assistance in In Room Dining

　　Your Competencies:

　　Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry

　　Experience working at the Front Office

　　Friendliness, flexibility, reliability and a high degree of responsibility

　　Professional communication skills and appearance

　　resilience, teamwork and flexibility

　　Quality awareness

　　A gift for paying attention to the smallest details

　　excellent knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language is required, any further foreign language is advantageous

　　knowledge on how to use the software OPERA and MS Office are advantageous
