  This is a Remote role.

  Job Summary:

  Supports program leader(s) to manage, develop, and implement New Product Program deliverables that meets needs of customer and business. Accountable to ensure the root cause analysis is executed between responsible functions including but not limited to Field Quality, Engineering and Operations. This is a remote position but will require up to 25% travel.

  Responsibilities:

  Execute standard work for the newly created role New Product Quality Reliability Engineer for New Product Development program(s) root cause analysis during the ELC (Early Launch Containment) period.

  Accountable for root cause analysis process while collaborating with Field Quality, Engineering, Tech Support & Operations.

  Understanding of root cause analysis tools like DMAIC, 8D, 7 Step, A3, etc.

  Demonstrate the Trane Technologies Leadership Principles among team members, stakeholders and customers.

  Ensures adherence to reliability quality deliverables within the NPD process and standard work.

  Prepares documentation for communicating reliability performance to PGT and other stakeholders on a regular basis.

  Manages cross-functional identification and resolution of program risks, and issues.

  Appropriately escalates risks and issues as needed.

  Manages cross-functional identification and resolution of program contract changes (scope, schedule, resources).

  Provides strategic voice of Quality and collaborates with the Product Growth Teams with quality data for risk mitigation.

  Qualifications:

  1-3 years of relevant New Product Development experience.

  Practical business experience and knowledge of New Product launches required.

  Experience in multiple supply chain, technical functions desired.

  Bachelor's Degree required.

  Project Management training and/or experience preferred.

  Root Cause knowledge and application required

  Six Sigma experience preferred.

  Must be able to travel up to 25%.

  Decision quality - Making good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.

  Ensures Accountability - Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.

  Base Pay Range: $70,000-$140,000.

  Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
