　　Job Title: New Product Development Engineer

　　Location: St. Paul MN

　　Pay: $20 to $33 p/h w-2

　　What’s the Job?

　　The person hired for the position of Engineer will be responsible for helping to scale up new products, creating new SKUs, preparing cost estimates, working with the cross-functions team on the phase in of new products and phase out of old products, working on costs down projects and simplification of product offering.

　　What’s Needed?

　　Mechanical, Packaging or Industrial Engineering (any engineering or technical degree OK)

　　3-5yrs Experience (would take less 1-3yrs)

　　Experience in the following areasConsumer Products (Better understanding of size and speed of our customers),Cost Estimates & Quotes, Project Planning, Cross Functional Team Experience,

　　Six-Sigma

　　SAP
