Job Summary: The candidate will join our Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group, integrated multispecialty group, in the established Neurosurgery practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction in a collaborative environment to provide care to patients needing Neurosurgical services. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Practice Information:
Employed position with Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group
Join established Neurosurgeon with growing practice
Collaborate with both M.A. staff and non-clinical staff
Schedule, full-time Monday through Friday, minimum of 36 patient accessible hours plus 4 hours of administrative time
Education and Certifications Required:
Applicable certifications
Texas licensed, preferred
Experience: 1-3 Years' experience preferred, but new grads will also be considered.
Required Skills:
Flexible and willing to support organizational needs with regard to healthcare and market changes
Solid clinical expertise with a commitment to patient care outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to serve as a team member and clinical leader in the workplace
