Responsibilities: Manage CUCM clusters and associated environments. Design and create dial plans, ensuring optimal functionality. Handle voice troubleshooting tickets and provide support for Unified Communications Manager. Configure Quality of Service (QOS) and address packet loss issues. Work with voice gateways and perform circuit turn-ups. Collaborate with voice/data carriers/vendors for efficient network operations. Support Cisco phones functionalities, including call forwarding, hunt groups, and voice account setups. Conduct hot cuts and participate in end-user customer-facing interactions. Utilize SolarWinds for network monitoring and troubleshooting. Maintain wireless networks and contribute to network-related documentation using Visio and PowerPoint. Requirements: On-site presence required, no work from home. Significant experience with Cisco Call Manager and Cisco switches. Familiarity with Nexus switches, 5k and 7k series. Experience in a customer-facing role, interacting with branch personnel and end users. Strong preference for SolarWinds experience. Knowledge of Cisco Unity for voicemail. Ability to manage 70% network-related tasks and 30% voice-related tasks. Requirements

　　Network Architecture and Design: Design and implement data center network architecture, focusing on routing and switching infrastructure. Work on network segmentation and VLAN design to optimize both performance and security. Routing and Switching Expertise: Configure and manage dynamic routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP) within the data center environment. Optimize routing paths for high availability and low latency. Configure and manage data center switches, ensuring proper VLAN assignments and trunking. Voice and Communication Systems: Hands-on experience with voice gateways and troubleshooting voice-related issues. Previous exposure to circuit turn-ups and working with voice/data carriers. Quality of Service (QoS) and Packet Management: Proficiency in configuring QoS and addressing packet loss. Implement QoS policies to prioritize network traffic based on application requirements. Documentation and Wireless Expertise: Excellent documentation skills using Visio and PowerPoint. Wireless network management expertise.
