Position Summary

Triage staff member is responsible for the completion of the Triage case workload to ensure all SLAs and TATs are consistently met. The Triage staff will be responsible for an assigned case workload that will include provider requests, contract and claims research.. The Triage staff will maintain open lines of communication with the Triage Manager and Lead on any issues encountered, as well as provide feedback/recommendations for any process improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

1- 3 years of Healthcare or Health Insurance experience

1-3 years of Microsoft Excel experience

Preferred QualificationsProvider Data experience

QNXT experience

Salesforce experience

Prodata experience

Great communication skillsEducationHigh School Diploma

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $35.29

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
