　　CHMC – Operations Manager – Full Time Days- (Req )

　　Job Summary : Will oversee the day-to-day operations and workflow of the operations center which manages multiple facilities. Will work in collaboration and with the support of all senior leadership, department managers, and other applicable staff across multiple facilities and locations to ensure organizational policies and procedures are followed and patient centered care is prioritized. Must be able to maintain a constant flow of communication to all entities as it relates to staffing, patient care, information technology, support services, etc. Will receive information and efficiently and appropriately respond to or disseminate that information to the appropriate leader. Is required to have a basic working knowledge of all aspects of operations of each facility including and not limited to bargaining unit contracts, staffing plans and schedules, and all other functions of the workflow. Can routinely exercise discretionary decision making in a time-critical and high-pressure environment with significant public interest. Past experience with an incident command center and processes preferred.

　　Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in business management, project management or related field or 3 years experience in project management. Project management certification preferred.
