　　Job Description:

　　General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), a world leader in Defense IT Systems Integration and Services, is seeking Network Engineer SR Advisor to join its Air Force (AF) Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) Enterprise Product Support (EPS) team at Langley AFB, VA.

　　In this position you provide modernization, integration and sustainment engineering, sustainment planning, systems/Software (SW)/baseline testing, integrated cyber security support, Enterprise Services Support (ESS), Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) support, cloud migration, and Hardware (HW)/SW installation and removal services for the integrated sustainment of the AF DCGS. This includes lab support for operational, production, and test environments.

　　Duties include:

　　Designs and configures the network infrastructure

　　Performs technical analyses, documents results, draws conclusions, and makes recommendations to determine the network's effectiveness for possible improvements

　　Examines network capacity and connectivity

　　Compares existing designs of similar network infrastructures and makes formal recommendations to make the infrastructure equivalent

　　Designs, develops, engineers, and implements capabilities to satisfy new requirements

　　Resolves network related incident tickets

　　Administers network equipment

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　● BS degree ; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree

　　● 10+ years of related experience as described above

　　● Security+​ and Network Operations Specialist 441 compliant

　　● Top Secret with SCI eligibility
