Our client is embarking on an exciting venture to disrupt the entertainment industry. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Engineer to play a pivotal role in establishing a new global network and operations center from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team at the inception of a groundbreaking project and contribute to building something extraordinary.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the Network Architect, internal teams, and vendors to deploy a new multi-site network infrastructure.
Implement and refine solution packages for new site buildouts.
Assist in implementing strategic decisions made by the senior engineering team.
Support network architecture modifications as directed by the senior network engineer.
Document network configurations and operational procedures.
Provide Tier 1 and 2 support for networks, escalating issues when necessary.
Receive and provide training on troubleshooting procedures.
Participate in network performance monitoring and report findings.
Assist in maintaining and updating network equipment to the latest firmware.
Support research on emerging methodologies to enhance network efficiency.
Work Environment:
Must be able to lift 35lbs.
Availability for travel to remote sites for installation.
Willingness to participate in shifts in a 24/7 operations support center.

Requirements
Experience:
5+ years of experience in Network Management and Support.
Cisco Certified Network Professional (Routing/Switching/Wireless certs).
Experience creating and monitoring firewall policies.
Proficient in managing, updating, and troubleshooting Routing/Switching/Wireless networks.
Familiarity with Cisco, Palo Alto, Dell, Aruba, Meraki, and Arista.
Experience with Azure/GCP/AWS network design.
Strong background in network security.
Exposure to Infrastructure as Cloud methodology.
Expertise in BGP routing protocol.
Proficient in troubleshooting with ISPs.
Experience supporting media and broadcast systems.
*Must be comfortable with up to 40% travel
