Molnlycke is hiring National Sales Director for our Post-Acute division!
In this newly launched role, you’ll be the driving force behind the quarterly sales results for our Post-Acute business on a national scale. Your mission? Ready to tackle challenges head-on, you'll proactively initiate plans to navigate the ever-evolving business landscape. As the mastermind behind the strategy for our US Post-Acute business, you'll be crafting and executing innovative business plans that set us on the path to success
What you’ll do:
• Achieve ambitious Post-Acute sales targets for revenue, margin, and EBITA.
• Collaborate closely with the VP of US Wound Care Sales & Marketing to shape and oversee a dynamic business strategy. This includes implementing objectives, crafting effective compensation plans, and introducing innovative programs to enhance the efficiency and profitability of Mölnlycke product sales within the Post-Acute sector.
• Develop comprehensive annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals tailored to specific regions, key accounts, and market segments. Rigorously analyze sales data to assess achieved results and take decisive actions, whether in terms of recognition or corrective measures, to ensure the realization of sales targets.
• Lead and guide Territory Sales Managers and Market Access Specialists, steering them towards short and long-term objectives related to market share, distribution, and national sales.
• Exercise effective management over company resources by strategically selecting regional trade shows and functions that maintain essential account contacts and promote business. Authorize regional trade show arrangements, expenditures, and sales staff attendance.
• Ensure the execution of pertinent sales, product, and leadership training, aligning with evolving customer and industry trends.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with cross-functional teams (SAHE, Sales Training, Commercial Excellence, Finance, Legal, HR, Ops, Regulatory) to achieve both annual and long-term business objectives.
• Stay well-versed in market developments, industry trends, competitor actions, and leading customer strategies.
• Proactively attract, develop, and retain talent to meet current and future business needs.
• Effectively address team and individual performance challenges through a combination of training, coaching, and corrective actions.

Work/Life Balance:
Overnight travel will average 50%
Must be able to obtain and maintain required credentialing to perform job, including COVID-19 Vaccinations
What you’ll need:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field from an accredited college/university; Master’s degree preferred
Over 10 years in medical sales, with at least 5 years of experience in sales management, (managing managers preferred).
Experience in Post-Acute required, with experience in translating both clinical and economic evidence for outcomes-based selling and coaching of teams
Experience managing relationships with DME/Billers, HHAs, Distributors, etc.
