Job Description Summary
The Clinical Applications Manager will draw from their in-depth experience and knowledge of customer needs to align business practices to meet or exceed customer expectations. As a member of the Clinical Solutions & Services team, this individual is responsible for collaborating with the broader IDS team to establish and ensure adherence to best-practice implementation, conversion, and on-going support processes to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy.

Responsibilities
Coach and manage the clinical applications teamto deliver a positive experience for our customers.Manage clinical resource plan tostaffimplementation teamsto drivedeliverable timelines and accelerate technology adoption.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team through effective implementation debrief sessions and on-going training/education sessions.Collaborate with customer support teams to develop and implement solutions to address any deficiencies in our delivery process and engagements.Deliver qualitative and quantitative reporting to drive insights on improvements, ensure compliance, enhance the customer experience (implementations, training, technical support, etc), anddrive business decisions.Coach the team in providingcustomer-focused responses to inquiries and problem solving in a professional and effective manner.Collaborate withoperations support team to developdashboards and training aids to improve the team's experience and effectiveness utilizingsaleforce.com.Identifytraining needs and skill development opportunitiestoestablishaction plan for each associate.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Demonstrated experience with implementation management and large scale, complex change management initiatives
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, solid organizational / prioritization skills and a passion for providing excellent serviceStrong analytical, problem-solving and project management skillsAbility to navigate within a global matrix organization to build a strong network of subject-matter expertsAbility to multi-task and adapt in changing business environmentComfortable collaborating in a cross functional dynamic team environmentKnowledge of the laboratories processes and techniquesStrong communication skills (written and verbal)
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Strong implementation management experienceMinimum of 2 years clinical lab experienceUniversity/College degree in Lifesciences
OTHER:
Fluent in spoken and written EnglishFluent in Frenchis an assetAble to travel (up to 30%)
