  Clorox is a renowned American multinational company specializing in the production and marketing of consumer and professional products. With a focus on health and wellness, Clorox is widely recognized for its cleaning and disinfecting products, including bleach and various household cleaning solutions. As a National Account Manager at Clorox, you would be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients on a national scale, driving sales growth, and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives

  In this role, you will:

  • Engage our People as Business Owners: Coaches, develops, motivates team members as appropriate. Develop individual capabilities to promote

  growth.

  • Drive the Business: leads execution of volume, net sales, AMPS and profit objectives for assigned Categories at Customer.

  • Customer Planning and Development: Understands and drives Business planning process for assigned Categories at Customer. Delivers Joint Business Plans for assigned Categories at Customer that achieve results and are within trade budget.

  • Build Capability to Drive Growth and Eliminate Waste : Facilitates connection between Customer team, cross-functional resources and category

  counterparts. Manages Broker relationships, if appropriate.

  What we look for:

  Leadership:

  Ability to manage and influence a team

  Own and influence companies largest laundry business, as well as "all other" parts of the store where cleaning products are sold

  Ability to build multi-year strategies with the customer merchants, operating "in the grey" and pushing things forward consistently

  Internally influence the Business Unit across all segments, presenting and owning relationships up to the GM level

  Relationship management:

  Manage 5+ merchant relationships

  Ability to prioritize opportunities both internally and externally

  Ability to transition work/delegation among the team and cross functionally

  Analytical excellence:

  Ability to quickly get to answers across multiple categories/segments/shoppers

  Understand how to tell a story through data quickly, getting to the insight and action-point

  Financial acumen:

  Manage the companies largest trade budget without overspending

  Ability to articulate and negotiate trade rate/accrual and manage Off Invoice/Cost both internally and externally

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

  –Zone A: $121,900 - $240,100

  –Zone B: $111,700 - $220,100

  –Zone C: $101,600 - $200,100

  This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
