  Job Summary:

  Akima Data Management is looking for a Program Assistant to work in Huntsville, Alabama. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today!

  Job Responsibilities:

  Supports the Aerospace group here in Huntsville. We’re looking for a someone that could help us with entry level programmatic/administrative support. This is a basic Program Assistant job classification, providing general administrative office support.

  Provides administrative support in a variety of functions to an individual, team, departmental or another group in the organization.

  Collects, reviews, and analyzes data, maintains database accuracy (purchasing, finance, receiving, training, etc.) and prepares reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials.

  Responds to or routes routine inquiries from external or internal sources with own correspondence or other messaging.

  Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities. May be responsible for creating reports and distributing on a regular schedule.

  NOTE: To be considered for this position, you must be a NANA Shareholder and own stock in “NANA Regional Corporation, Inc.” You must currently be enrolled in college or technical/vocational school.

  Minimum Qualifications:

  Must be a NANA Shareholder and own stock in “NANA Regional Corporation, Inc.”

  Must be currently enrolled in college or technical/vocational school.

  Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and Adobe.

  Professional communication skills (reception, telephonic, verbal and written).

  Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  Pay and Benefits:

  Compensation: depending on class level or experience
