About NAI/NAII Patient Care Secretary

　　Provide secretarial support to clinical staff. Responsible for receiving, prioritizing and directing telephone calls with frequent interruptions. Computerized data entry, process physician orders, obtain and fax information to and from other facilities. Qualifications: High School graduate. NAI Certification required . Associate Degree Secretarial Science a plus. Experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting preferred. Able to deal with frustration and stress appropriately. Must have critical thinking skills, medical terminology, multitasking skills and be computer-literate.
