Construction or Building Inspector

Our Municipal Services team is seeking a construction inspector for township & municipal projects.

　　Job Requirements:

　　High School Diploma

　　Minimum 3 years Construction Inspection Experience OR Minimum 5 years of Construction Design Experience OR Minimum 8 years Sitework/Utility construction experience.

　　Excellent communication skills

　　Ability to read and interpret plan drawings and specifications

　　Measure and calculate quantities

　　Observe and document daily activities and overall progress of the work, including photographs and sketches

　　Ability to work on multiple sites

　　Ability to document field changes to assist with the preparation of as-built drawings

　　Report deviations and deficiencies to the Senior Construction Manager

　　Ability to work overtime when required

　　Ability to work in all weather conditions

　　Drivers License and personal vehicle
