Description

We are seeking a creative, results-driven Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing and creating compelling digital content such as animations, videos, graphic designs, and illustrations for various platforms including websites, social media, mobile apps, and email campaigns. The Multimedia Designer will also work closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure all creative materials align with brand identity and appeal to our target audiences.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design and create high-quality multimedia content for various digital platforms.

Collaborate with internal teams to create design materials that align with marketing goals and strategies.

Manage the full design process, from initial concept to final product, and oversee all technical aspects of production.

Monitor industry trends and technologies to keep our brand current and competitive.

Provide creative input during strategy planning meetings and propose innovative ways to communicate marketing messages.

Test and improve media across various platforms to ensure functionality and responsiveness.

Review and incorporate feedback from clients and team members, making necessary revisions to meet project goals.

Maintain organized archive of all digital assets for future reference and use.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Animation, or related field.

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating digital content such as animations, videos, graphics, and illustrations.

Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects).

Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and responsive design.

Strong understanding of multimedia production process including designing, storyboarding, animation, color theory, typography, and editing.

Excellent communication and project management skills with ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Passion for tech industry, keen attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
