About Multimedia Coordinator I

  Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with the Learning Effectiveness team to develop project plans and deliver video and multimedia programs for internal and external customers

  • Provide recommendations on media choices based on project needs and stay updated on new technology options

  • Familiarize oneself with the business and understand the Learning Effectiveness team's requirements for video and multimedia collateral

  • Manage pre-production tasks, including gathering project requirements, scoping, program and production design, and scheduling capture and editing activities

  • Obtain necessary approvals from project partners throughout the production process

  • Handle post-production functions, including:

  Digital editing using applicable productivity/design tool such as Adobe Premier Pro

  Creating graphics and motion graphics

  Ensuring brand standard compliance

  Managing external resources if required, and overseeing distribution

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create and update product documentation and Get Started Guides for customer use

  • Edit product images and screenshots to accurately reflect the relevant screens customers need to understand for effective product usage

  • Demonstrate proficiency in page layout, advanced word processing tasks:

  Generating table of contents

  Headers and footers, tables, fields, templates)

  Proofreading.

  • Stay current with established and emerging technologies related to videography, audio production, and graphic/animation.

  Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s degree holder. Good with undergrads with expectations that they are limited to certain roles in the company

  Knowledge of PPT Animation; sounds

  2 years of relevant experience

  Nice to have with Video Editing; Graphic Design but not required

  Ensure applicants can present a design portfolio that represents his/her best work as a designer. E.g. Banner design, Header, Corporate Communication design, PowerPoint Template design, Job aid, Newsletter, Infographic and etc.

  Intermediate to advance knowledge of utilizing productivity and design tool is a requirement. E.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, Illustrator, etc.

  Must have 1-yr tenure in current function in REPH.

  Must not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 months.

  Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 month.

  Must have a Successful or above rating in the last Enabling Performance cycle.
