The Payroll Processor will be the bridge from sales to service delivery. Under general supervision, this role will implement and train new clients on PRISM HR software solutions. In addition, this role will implement and train existing clients adding new software solutions. This role works cross functional with other departments within the organization to ensure proper setup and timing for clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primarily responsible for implementing and training new clients on PRISM HR software to include, time and labor management, applicant tracking, performance management, learning management, expense management and paid time off.Consults with the client and gathers information to properly setup PRISM HR software to optimize their experience.Monitors the client onboarding process which might include system building, data migration, system testing, parallel processing, live production support, and project coordinationTrains the client contacts during the implementation process to use the software to its fullest capabilities.Processes and QCs first client payrolls to ensure a successful implementation of the components gathered.Coordinates with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition after implementation is completeImplements existing clients who choose to add new software services during their client life cycle. Responsible for training existing clients who choose to add new software services.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, serving as a new client's introduction to PRISM HRSUPERVISION RECEIVED AND FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY:
General Supervision -- This position receives general or periodic supervision following established practices and clear-cut policies in the performance of most duties. The worker corrects deviations and resolves routine localized problems, but refers unusual problems or exceptions, which significantly impact the employee's duties, or impacts others in the organization, to the supervisor and/or director. Recurring work may not be reviewed. Minimal financial or budgetary accountability.
QUALIFICATIONS:In order to qualify for this job, the incumbent must possess the following qualifications or be able to secure them within 90 days.
Associate degree (A.A. or A.S.) from a two-year college or technical school or equivalent work experienceThree to five years related experience and/or trainingCustomer Service and/or Payroll related experience, either as a practitioner or as an implementation consultantExperience with either process or systems that manage timekeeping functions, onboarding functions, performance management, and/or learning managementAbility to help clients analyze/adjust their processes to better utilize their software (process re-engineering)Ability to learn new products at an aggressive paceExcellent organizational skills with an attention to detail and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks at the same timeStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to present information effectively and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form.Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong knowledge of payroll and HR related applications
