About Multi Tenant Sales Representative

  Sells products and services to customers in assigned areas/properties through door-to-door solicitation and by building relationships.

  Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experienceMeets established objectives relative to sales goals and increased sales volume and penetration through assigned leads and assigned property portfolioSolicits residential customers through door-to door solicitation and by building relationships with property management and explains products and services available to sameGenerates incremental revenue from existing customers by adding new/additional services or upgradesResponds to customer problems and complaints according to established company policy; follows through to ensure issues are satisfactorily resolvedMaintains a well-informed knowledge base of competitors activities throughout assigned territory; informs manager of any changing competitive pricing programs or marketing directionsAttends and actively contributes to sales meetings and training programsAccurately completes all necessary paperwork to support sales activities in a manner consistent with quality control guidelines, including dispositions, sales orders and sales reportingCollect and account for funds and provide receipts according to Company policy and guidelines

  Required Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to read, write, speak and understand EnglishKnowledge of cold call sales skills, persuasion, and clear communication skillsAbility to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned territories and company facilities using a reliable personal vehicleAbility to work outside for extended periods in any season and/or during inclement weatherFamiliarity with computer operating systems, a myriad of consumer and commercial communications devices (e.g., PDAs, smartphones, routers, modems, converters, and wireless devices), and computer software applicationsValid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record within Company required standardsRequired EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent work experienceRequired Related Work Experience and Number of YearsExperience in sales or customer service - 1+Preferred Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeKnowledge of communications technologies and services, with an emphasis on data networking fundamentalsKnowledge of cable or telecommunications servicesExperience with consumer education of products and serviceWorking ConditionsOffice environment and / or outside environment with exposure to inclement weatherMust be able to lift 10-20 pounds for 20 - 30 feet (digital boxes, etc.)Exposure to moderate noise levelsMust be able to work evenings and weekendsVariable hours: may include weekends, holidays, and split days offMental RequirementsAbility to complete documentation accuratelyAbility to build mutually beneficial relationships with all management at assigned propertiesAbility to communicate orally and in writing in clear and straightforward mannerAbility to maintain confidentialityAbility to deal with the public in a professional mannerAbility to maintain high level of self-motivationAbility to maintain favorable relations with subscribers, vendors and employees within the service areaAbility to prioritize and organize effectivelyAbility to use personal computer and software applicationsSMD300  2024-27377  2024
