　　Position Summary:

　　The primary purpose of the multi care technician position is to assist the nursing staff by working as a certified nurses assistant, unit clerk and monitoring cardiac rhythms for those patients the physician has placed on telemetry. Performs various duties related to the assigned nursing unit in accordance with established Hospital Policies and Procedures.

　　Under the supervision of healthcare provider, performs a variety of basic patient care activities.Reports to departmental unit manager/director.
