　　Summary of Role:

　　Develop and modify process formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards.

　　Essential Responsibilities:

　　Develop and modify process formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards. Plan and execute continuous improvement projects to increase yield, productivity and cost effectiveness (including rework improvement). Align proposed improvements with cross functional organizations including Quality, Electrical Characterization, Integration teams. Lead troubleshooting task forces and help develop solutions that prevent recurrence for excursion incidents. Evaluate toolsets and upgrades in order to define best selection for ramp-up. Mentor and train technicians on shift in order to support quality and delivery metrics for 24x7 operations.

　　Other Responsibilities:

　　· Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　· Education – Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering or closely related field of study.

　　· Experience - 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in job offered, as a Process Engineer, or a similar occupation. Requires 5 years of experience in: (1) Establishing manufacturing SOP and performing FMEA (2) semiconductor systems for wafer movement, APC, SPC, and recipe management (3) SPC defect and equipment error troubleshooting (4) 8D for iCAR excursion event response (5) Statistical analysis of process improvements and shifts in existing processes (6) Assessing performance of tool and product data 7) Project management 8) Design of Experiment skill. Multiple positions available.

　　Salary range: $133,101 – $158,600
