　　Role Summary

　　One of the most important ways that the Splunk brand comes to life is through video and animation. The motion graphics editor will create emotional brand storytelling through a variety of animation, video, and motion graphics projects for events, campaigns, social media, advertising, and on the web. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Production Studio, you will help create emotional visual experiences that engage with our customers and coworkers. Your work will include web animations, social media animated banners, animations for videos, animated ads, event experiences, animated shorts, and a variety of other video and digital experiences. Our ideal candidate has a vast understanding of all video and animation software including 3D and AI enabled systems. 　　Costa Rica

　　Base Pay: CRC 27,200,000.00 - 37,400,000.00 per year

　　Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
