　　Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Motion GEOINT Analyst to join our team in McLean, Virginia! This is an onsite position.

　　This work requires staff qualified to produce Motion GEOINT tailored products to requests for information covering all four segments of the FMV analysis and reporting process. Staff must have previous experience in Motion GEOINT production processes, mission familiarity, adaptable and team-oriented, be committed to delivering timely and accurate GEOINT, and exhibit professionalism.

　　Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　Produce imagery-derived graphic products and reports and publish for distribution

　　Compile intelligence materials for use in briefings to high-level government personnel

　　Understand the basic intelligence cycle/process

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Minimum three (3) years of combined work experience (professional/military) and education (AA, BA/BS, MA/MS, etc.).

　　Provide real-time 24/7/365 support in a shift work environment as an integral part of a team.

　　Ability to obtain and maintain special clearance or access beyond a TS/SCI level, as needed.

　　Ability to prepare, maintain, and present intelligence displays, reports, and briefings with the creation and use of visual aids (graphs, charts, etc.) and drafting, editing, and proofreading documents for publishing.

　　Ability to work rapidly in a high tempo, high stress team environment that often requires multi-tasking.

　　Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.

　　Ability to compile, segregate, evaluate, research, interpret, analyze, and disseminate intelligence information to support operations.

　　Attended a basic Intelligence Course.

　　Working knowledge with Remote View or comparable Electronic Light Table (ELT) software.

　　Ability to perform geo-locational mensuration functions, extracts coordinates and positional relationships from digital database systems.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Demonstrated ability to work independently with self-accountability and foster positive customer relationships

　　Well versed in the use of internet relay chat.

　　Skilled in data mining using various intelligence reporting tools, open-source reporting, and other intelligence sources.

　　Knowledgeable with ArcGIS and RemoteView or comparable ELT software.

　　Capable of performing geo-locational mensuration functions, extracting coordinates and positional relationships from digital database systems.

　　Ability to maintain and use geospatial databases.

　　Knowledge on intelligence organizations and systems; collection and reporting systems, intelligence information sources; techniques of identifying, collating, evaluating, and analyzing information.

　　Knowledge of geographical and cultural aspects of foreign countries; military capabilities weapon systems.

　　Ability to work independently with minimal or no oversight.

　　Clearance Requirements:

　　Must have a TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain special clearance or access beyond TS/SCI level, as needed.Physical Requirements:

　　Candidates must possess the ability to accurately discern red, green, blue, and yellow colors on a video screen

　　Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

　　Must be ability to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment.
