　　Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Motion GEOINT Advanced Research Analyst to join our team in McLean, Virginia! This is an onsite position.

　　This work requires staff that are highly advanced in their knowledge and skills within the Motion GEOINT Program and have demonstrated this knowledge and skill through their application of tradecraft as an FMV analyst. Research Analysts will need to be appointed to these positions by government Branch and Division.

　　Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　Conduct deep-dive counterterrorist research analysis drawing on FMV analytic skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to contextualize past observances to a current intelligence problem.Basic Qualifications:

　　Minimum Five (5) years of combined work experience (professional/military) and education (AA, BA/BS, MA/MS, etc.).

　　This position is typically standard M-F work week; however, may be required to assist in real-time 24/7/365 support in a shift work environment based on requirements and ensuring all aspects of research are being conducted.

　　Ability to obtain and maintain special clearance or access beyond a TS/SCI level, as needed.

　　Possess advanced FMV analytic skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to recall past observances to relate to a current intelligence problem.

　　Advanced knowledge of FMV exploitation software.

　　Ability to lead collaboration across NGA and IC analysts in the performance of services.

　　Ability to provide advice to government leadership on processes, procedures, technology, and items of interest.

　　Proven ability to work independently with minimal or no oversight.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Very knowledgeable on intelligence organizations and systems; collection and reporting systems, intelligence information sources; techniques of identifying, collating, evaluating, and analyzing information. ·

　　Superior knowledge of geographical and cultural aspects of foreign countries; military capabilities weapon systems.

　　Demonstrated experience working a multi-Int fusion mission, using numerous sources of intelligence to create informed analytic assessments within an office in which multiple mission partners contribute daily

　　Clearance Requirements:

　　Must have a TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain special clearance or access beyond TS/SCI level, as needed.Physical Requirements:

　　Candidates must possess the ability to accurately discern red, green, blue, and yellow colors on a video screen

　　Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

　　Must be ability to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment.
